Jumbo CAM
The beating motion of GOLD 808, integrated in the main structure, with state of art multiple Jumbo CAMS. These Jumbo CAMS are connected to the shaft. These are not attached on side walls, so there are no vibrations on the machine. Also this gives a very simple and clean weaving space. The counterweight perfectly balances the sley with its reed holder.
These new type Jumbo CAMS guarantee stronger beat-up force and high perfection of quality fabric and cover factor for high speed weaving.

Free light Positive Gripper (FF)
Designed especially for weaving fine yarn for delicate fabrics. The Free Flight system provides warp friendliness and easy weaving.
This system runs on a velvet board for gentle treatment of filament and sensitive warp and weft yarns.
Sumo Servo Drive
Gold 808 Rapier machine is fitted with Sumo servo drive which enables a direct drive technology. This offers onboard speed control without frequency convertors. Furthermore, Sumo servo drive has no clutches, friction brakes, belts and chains, so it is virtually maintenance free. There are no cooling fans required for drive, as the main motor is cooled and lubricated by the closed oil circulation of the machine itself.
Auto Oil Bed (Lubrication)
A very unique oil bed is inbuilt in the base of machine frame, which runs on the complete machine body. A motor and filter is attached to the oil pump, which lubricates all the machine spares and keeps the temperature low. Very easy oil filling tank is provided at upper part of the machine body. A dedicated indicator is provided to check the oil levels.
Weft Cutters
A diamond blade is attached to the motorized cutter for the end weft yarn cutting. Also a motorized cutter is provided for fabric cutting.

A very heavy gear box and clutch is attached for running bigger Jacquards. The sley is made of heavy stainless steel material, which will never be de-shaped

A High tech dust collector is attached for vacuum cleaning of machine.
